General Terms & Conditions

1. All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

2. All confirmed orders must be paid in FULL within 24 hours, else will be deemed canceled.

3. Reservation is only strictly allowed for 24 hours, else the clothe(s) will be made available to other interested buyers.

4. Once payment is made, no cancellation/exchange/refund is allowed.

5. All accessories and belts worn on the mannequin are not for sale unless otherwise stated.

6. The colours and texture might slightly be different upon receipt of actual goods due to lighting / display setting.

7. Parcels are posted out within 1 - 3 days upon receipt of FULL payment.

8. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages during delivery of the goods as tracking number will be provided.

9. We reserve the right to refund the full amount to the buyers if we are unable to deliver the ordered items due to unforeseen reasons.

10. Buyers who confirmed their orders and backed out will be blacklisted and barred from future purchases.

11. We practise FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.  Any confirmed clothes will only be reserved for 24 hours and will be released to other buyers thereafter.

Return Policy

 1. We operate based on absolute trust between the buyers and us.

2. Goods sold are strictly not refundable and/or returnable.

3. We will only allow for exchange if the goods sent to you are incorrect or have defects.

4. We do not accept return of goods if the sizing of the dresses do not fit your goodself as measurements are given when the dresses are posted in the albums. **

** Kindly note that there could be a slight difference in the measurement provided (+/- 0.5 cm to 4 cm) and this is strictly not accepted as a reasoning for defect. 

5. We will only exchange a NEW piece for defect clothings IF we have EXTRA STOCK in hand.  Kindly take picture of any defects and email to us (right upon receipt of the clothes!).

6. We will NOT exchange IF the clothes have been washed and/or the tags have been removed.

IMPORTANT NOTE:    

Kindly inspect the goods carefully upon receipt of the parcel.  The clothes must NOT been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you without refund.

7. All return request after 5 days of parcel delivery will not be accepted.  (i.e. starting from the date postage tracking number is provided to buyer)

8. All return request will be charged additional RM5 handling fees.

9. STRICTLY NO CASH REFUND!

*Please do not create your own havoc / defects because we will know.  As mentioned, all clothings are carefully hand-picked and inspected when we take stocks in.  If we found out damages and/or defects are purposely done, we will not exchange the clothes and future purchases will not be entertained.  Also, the names will be blacklisted and shared publicly among other boutiques.  This happened several times to my friend's business where buyers intentionally tear the clothes or creatively create their own "defects" due to their own personal reasons.  Henceforth, we urge all interested buyers to review the measurement and colours as well as designs closely before placing an order with us.  Your kind consideration is very much appreciated.*
